Berkeley Animal Hospital - Dr. Ruta Bandivadekar. Recheck fecal PCR: roundworms and hookworms TREATED SUCCESSFULLY (negative). Clostridium perfringens RESOLVED. C. difficile toxin gene positive but NOT active infection. Continued soft stools likely food sensitivity. Plan: transition to Hill's Derm Complete (Puppy), add psyllium husk (1/4 to 1/2 tsp per meal), expect 6-8 weeks for full effect. If no improvement: abdominal ultrasound.
