OakVet Animal Specialty Hospital - Dr. Silvia Funes (Internal Medicine, DVM, MS, Dip ACVIM). First internal medicine consultation. Findings: large bowel inflammation (colitis), no obstruction or masses, no congenital liver/kidney abnormalities. Blood work ruled out Addison's disease. Cerenia injection given for nausea. Started strict diet trial: Royal Canin Potato & Whitefish moderate calorie + home-cooked white fish (tilapia). Stop all other treats (hydrolyzed protein treats only). Blood samples sent to Texas A&M for pancreatic function and vitamin levels.
